Little Sprouts

    Our Little Sprouts program is for ages 18 months to 4 years. This program runs Tuesdays through Fridays from 9:30am to 12pm, or 11am if you would prefer a shortened day. We are a play based and sensory rich program. We believe in the whole child approach to learning to foster positive learning experiences for young children.

    Our program is a Reggio Emilia inspired program which encourages a child-centered approach, where topics are organically sourced from the children's interests and are open-ended. This style of learning focuses on the freedom to express and explore ideas using movement, active listening, and hands-on activities. In addition, we place a strong focus on Social Emotional Learning, giving children the tools to manage their feelings and navigate social interactions.

Why child-led learning?

Our child-led and play based approach to learning allows for our daily schedule to be flexible to accommodate our students interests and needs. We engage in daily activities that include circle time, activity centers, creative time, open play, academic activities including letter and number recognition, days of the week/months of the year, and snack time.
